  Am giving it 2 stars just because the staff is super friendly. I had higher expectations of the hotel over all but I was disappointed. The room could be cleaner and they need to keep up with maintenance stuff (the bathroom cabinets are dirty and the sinks gets plug every time) the TV is a cheap flat screen and the carpet is filthy.
  Second thing are the restaurants at the resort. The stake house was close, so they send us to the gratto and once we got there they told us we needed reservation (this is a Sunday evening so is not like they are super busy). Unfortunately we didn’t have the experience that a resort is supposed to offer. So definitely not staying here again.
