I am pretty understanding when it comes to most situations but today was the absolute worst. I called the location in Walmart off of Seawall to verify pricing and the hours of operations. I get a $14 quote for a women's haircut and 8:00 closing time. No big deal. I drove from Sugarland and when I get there I wait 10 minutes in the salon for the hairstylist to finish with his client. Again no big deal. However I have to make my way to the gentleman because he failed to acknowledge I was there and failed to notify me as soon as I get there that he won't cut my hair. After I approach him he asked what he could help me with. I tell him just a haircut. That is all. I look at my phone and it is 6:15. He refuses my service, because he had to be at his second job shortly and he needed to close the salon 1 hour and 45 minutes early. I told him I came all the way from Sugarland for this salon and I called in advance. He said too bad because he had to do security at Moody Gardens. Wow! Are you kidding? I called ahead of time to confirm hours of operation and pricing, because I always come here for my hair as well as bring friends in. If there's one way to do bad business that is it. I will definitely NOT be back!
